The company first opened a representative office in Phnom Penh in January 2004 under the umbrella of Zeagra (India) Pte Ltd. By November of the same year, a second office had been established in Poipet. In April 2000, the Phnom Penh City office obtained a license for the establishment of a 100% foreign-owned enterprise from the Authority for Phnom Penh Industrial and Export Processing Zones. This license allows Zeagra Healthcare Cambodia to import pharmaceutical's from Ajanta Pharma (India) , British Dispensary (Thailand) , March Body Research (Thailand) and T.P. Drug (Thailand) , and to provide pharmaceutical and healthcare product manufacturers across the nation with a full range of sales, distribution and information services, including importation, warehousing, invoicing, and collection.

High-quality storage is available in our fully temperature-controlled warehouses, which offer minute-by-minute monitoring of temperature and humidity and utilize radio-frequency technology and bar-coding. All Zeagra Healthcare facilities are run according to stringent quality management standards and include ISO 9001:2000 and Ministry of Health Good Storage Practice (GSP) certifications. Accurate and timely data on sales and stock is provided through superior information technology systems, including Zeagra Healthcare Cambodia's sophisticated, internet-based sales data platform . Some 50 sales consultants, supervisors, managers and back office staff are based in our two offices in Phnom Penh and Poipet.
